Detox Starts: 18th April 2026

We’ll begin on April 13 with five days of intensive preparation, and then the full detox will start on Saturday April 18. From there, we move through a focused, clean 30-day reset together.

I don’t believe in rushing into a detox without preparing your mind and your environment first. Over those first five days we’ll get clear on your decisions, your standards, your schedule, your kitchen, your support system and, most importantly, your internal posture. This is about stepping into psychological adulthood - choosing deliberately, not emotionally, how you want to show up for the next month.

When we begin the detox on April 18, you won’t be “trying.” You’ll already be ready.

During the 30 days we will work on stabilising blood sugar, lowering inflammation, supporting hormones, improving digestion and rebuilding the kind of discipline that creates long-term change. It’s a fast, clean reset with focus and intention.
